1. Using the platform
GET R$CH REVUE provides a platform where talent can be represented and clients can post opportunities and book talent. Accounts must contain accurate information, and the agency may review, approve, suspend or remove accounts.

2. Talent representation
Submitting a talent profile is an application, not a guarantee of representation or work. Talent are responsible for keeping availability and profile details current.
3. Client accounts and bookings
Client accounts require approval before full booking access. Bookings are confirmed only once the required agreement and payment steps are complete.
4. Fees and commissions
Agency commission is applied to bookings at the rate configured by GET R$CH REVUE and disclosed within the booking. Talent payouts are the booking amount less applicable fees.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation terms, including any cancellation fee, are stated in the applicable booking agreement.
6. Conduct
Harassment, misrepresentation, discriminatory behaviour and attempts to bypass the agency for booked engagements are prohibited.
7. No legal advice
Agreement templates generated by the platform are provided for convenience and are not legal advice. Parties should seek their own counsel where appropriate.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
