Account details (name, email, phone, location), talent profile information such as category, measurements, skills, experience and portfolio media, client company and billing contact details, and records of opportunities, applications, bookings, messages and payments.
To operate representation and booking: matching talent with opportunities, managing applications and bookings, issuing agreements, processing payments and payouts, sending notifications, and running the agency's own reporting.
Sensitive personal information is not displayed publicly. Contact details, billing information and private profile fields are restricted to the agency and, where a booking requires it, the authorised client.
Card details are handled by our payment processor. Raw card data is never stored in the platform database.
Applicants below the applicable age of majority require verified parent or guardian consent before a profile can be approved or booked.
Access is controlled by account role and row-level database policies. Important administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
You can update your profile at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting the agency. Some records are retained where required for bookings, payments or legal obligations.
